Pale straw yellow in color. On the nose, quite closed with hints of lemon peel, dry stone, orange marmalade, honeycomb. After some additional air in glass, hints of cotton candy, green apple, and wet wool. On the palate, medium to medium minus body, medium plus to high acidity, lemon, lime, fresh orange peel, hints of honey and white flowers. Medium finish with citrus and slight white pepper notes. Overall fairly one note, lacking depth and complexity but fresh and light. 87 points.
